Happy St. Patrick's Day, from the Green Lady

Every city has some memorable people.  One person you can't miss in New York is known as "The Green Lady."  I first saw her featured in New York Magazine and then later saw her twice, in person, as she now lives in Carroll Gardens (BK).  Her name is Elizabeth Sweetheart and she wears all green from head to toe - all the time.  She's been wearing green for 15 years.  I thought today she could help
